A big chunk of an operator day is ringing tone
Lots of numbers never answer, lots of people do not need the service. Yet operators dial every one by hand and wait.
- 1Manual dialing and waiting
- 2Time spent on the uninterested
- 3Results on paper or in memory
Five steps, one robot
You fill in the list — the robot does the rest. Operators only talk to people who pressed “1”.
- 1Google Sheet as the control panel
- 2Calls from a local line
- 3“1” → a free operator
The robot writes the status itself
Name and number come from you. Status, Result and Attempts are filled live by the robot.
- 1yangi → jarayonda → tugadi
- 2Writes columns C–G only
- 3Retries schedule themselves
| AName | BPhone | CStatus | DResult | ETries | |

From a local number — trusted
Calls go out through a licensed SIP operator in Uzbekistan. +998 caller IDs arriving from international routes are blocked by mobile carriers — we avoid that risk entirely.
- 1Asterisk 22 · PJSIP
- 2Local caller ID
- 3Server in Uzbekistan
Customers hear their own language
Right after pickup a professional Uzbek intro briefly presents the service and asks one question.
- 18 kHz mono WAV, clear audio
- 2Keys work during the intro too
- 3Silence — the question repeats
“1” — yes, “2” — no thanks
The simplest possible answer: one key. Numbers that press “2” go on the blacklist and are never bothered again.
- 1DTMF in both modes
- 2“2” → blacklist
- 37 s of silence → tugma_bosmadi
An operator — in a second
On “1” the robot rings a free operator and bridges both into one call. Outcome and duration go back to the sheet.
- 1A free operator is picked automatically
- 2Talk time is recorded
- 3One hangs up — both legs end
Parallel = free operators
The robot runs exactly as many calls at once as there are free operators. Someone who pressed “1” never hears hold music.
- 1maxConcurrent = free operators
- 2Operator busy — back to the queue
- 3Overdial tuned after the pilot
Every outcome — in the sheet
When the campaign ends you see who was interested, who declined and who needs a call back — already in the columns.
- 11_bosdi · 2_bosdi · javob_yo'q
- 2Attempt count and time
- 3Note: operator, duration
The law is locked in code
From 1 November 2026 promotional calls between 18:00 and 09:00 are banned. operobot cannot call in that window — not even via a setting.
- 1Tashkent time
- 2No Sundays
- 3Covered by a check
Legal protection, built in
No consent mark — no call. People who decline are blocked across every campaign. Data stays in Uzbekistan.
- 1Consent column
- 2Cross-campaign blacklist
- 3VPS and database in Uzbekistan
Your line never works for strangers
An open Asterisk is found within hours and a bill can be drained overnight. operobot closes that door up front.
- 1Only 12-digit numbers starting 998
- 2SIP only from the provider IP
- 3Spending limit at the provider
The operator knows who it is before hello
The moment “1” is pressed the operator gets the customer card in Telegram: name, attempts and a link to the sheet row.
- 1Name and number (masked)
- 2Previous attempts
- 3“Call back” button

The best intro and the best hour
2–3 intros rotate at random — the numbers tell you which earns more “1”s. Retries move to the hours with the best answer rate.
- 1Intro variants
- 2Winner by “1” rate
- 3Hour × weekday heatmap
You see the robot at work
Today's calls, active channels, conversion and operator status — in the customer's own panel.
- 1Live counters

“Assalomu alaykum, Ali aka”
Uzbek TTS greets every customer by name. Customers who never press keys can simply say “ha” or “yo‘q”.
- 1Dynamic name (TTS)
- 2Voice “yes / no” (STT)
- 3Friendly for older customers
The robot grows
Next capabilities from our research and roadmap. When one ships, its “Soon” chip comes off.
Right now: stage 0
The plan, architecture and code skeleton are ready. The robot does not make real calls yet — next up are the legal review and a local SIP line.
The first pilot is coming
When the pilot programme opens, the sign-up form will appear on the home page. Until then, watch every step of the robot live there.
operobot is in development (stage 0) and does not make calls yet. All names, numbers and metrics are samples.
